Summer Ngondro Retreat at KPC in Maryland
Retreat Description
This retreat is timed to parallel the Summer Retreat at Palyul Ling in New York, July 10 – August 10. It is intended for practitioners who wish to do retreat, but are not able to travel to New York. (KPC strongly encourages anyone who can do the New York Retreat to do so.) We will follow the daily schedule of the New York retreat as closely as possible, and tune in to the webcasts from Palyul Ling of HH Karma Kuchen Rinpoche giving transmission and Ngondro teaching. Whenever possible, we will also tune in for the commentary teachings on Ngondro from Khenchen Tsewang Gyatso and Khenpo Tenzin Norgay.
The schedule of Ticket Types (see Register Now on left) is structured to allow four attendance options: the entire retreat, week by week, weekend by weekend, or day by day. The funds are intended to cover offerings to Palyul, honoraria to the teachers, and host temple expenses. We would appreciate your registering so that we can plan for the retreat. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. (Registration forms are also available at KPC.)
